Freight and Shipping Information

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of orders. If dispatch is expected to take place more than 3 working days after receipt of orders, customers will be informed.

Delivery in Australia is limited to areas serviced by Australia Post. Goods delivered overseas are sent by standard airmail. Other arrangements can be made if required.

Freight Costs

The freight charges set out below and in the shopping facility are guidelines. If actual freight charges exceed the guidelines, orders and payment will not be processed unless the customer has approved the increased charges. Please contact us by e-mail, phone or fax if you have any questions.
